We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we make every effort to display colours and finishes accurately, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will reflect exact product colours.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. TOGGO GOODS accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout via Shopify's secure payment gateway.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Sales tax or applicable VAT/GST will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.


4. Orders and Order Confirmation

Placing an order on shoptoggo.com constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

TOGGO GOODS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product availability
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Errors in pricing or product description

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and select European countries. Shipping rates, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • TOGGO GOODS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot redirect or cancel shipments

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.


6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your TOGGO GOODS purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@shoptoggo.com to initiate a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

For customers in the European Union: You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

All content on shoptoggo.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and design, is the exclusive property of TOGGO GOODS and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
